May the 13th is Mothers Day in Australia... as well as Maxine's birthday so its a bit of a double whammy, a bit like having your birthday on Christmas day really. Not fair for her (or those buying presents ... a.k.a. me).Here's a picture of Maxine & the kids today with her main pressie, a private plate - "MAX1NE". She also had some Prada sunglasses (see face!) and a iPod titchie or whatever they're called. We went to St.Kilda for mothers day lunch on a beautiful autumn day. We then had a walk around the botanical gardens there. It's hard to believe its "winter" in 2 weeks time.
Maxine's off to Sydney tonight for a course all week. Not bad work if you can get it. So its role reversal this week, Maxines in a great hotel overlooking the opera house & bridge and I'm the lone working parent. Any babysitters out there !?!
